Who we are

RODX Strategies is a Republican consulting firm focused on building coalition strategies that engage Hispanic and Latino communities. Our firm was launched by Republican operative and New Jersey native Jesus Rodriguez.

In 2018, Jesus Rodriguez was the Deputy Director of Hispanic Engagement at the Republican National Committee. Most recently, Rodriguez served as the Latino Coalitions Director for the Arizona Republican Party and Team Trump where President Donald Trump secured 44% of the Latino vote in Arizona, a 7% increase from 2020 results.
